Most of this episode is just characters screaming and thinking everyone is sick. The problem with this episode is its very low substance. To give an example of what I mean, let's take a look at the episode Kwarantined Krab, the "banned" episode.
This season is so dumbed down to the point where the MAJORITY of the episodes don't actually feel all that competent, which is why this season didn't actually end up reaching a good rating, because at this stage of the game the writing is no longer enjoyable to me. Remember my points of the show having more dumbed down plots in S10-11? As well as the humor becoming more juvenile and less clever? Although this was an issue with those seasons it never really felt like a big deal, because the episodes still had competent storylines and could even get really interesting with them. This is the latest season of the show, sadly not the best note to end off SpongeBob (for now obviously).
Well it wasn't long until post-sequel showed its through flaws.
